Mochiko<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2-1\/2 c. sugar<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 tsp. baking powder<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3 c. milk<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">5 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 c. flaked coconut<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Preheat electric oven to 350 F.  Melt butter; cool.  Combine Mochiko, sugar, and baking powder.  Combine remaining ingredients and stir into Mochiko mixture; mix well.  Pour into a 13x9x2 inch pan.  Bake for 1 hour; cool.
