Take out garlic and ginger, add chicken and fry until slightly browned. Add water and cook until chicken is tender (about 2 to 2-1\/2 hours). Add long rice and seasonings. Cook 10 minutes longer. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Beat eggs lightly. Add chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Fry into thin sheets.
