Stir in 1 Tablespoon vinegar or lemon Juice. Add a few drops of oil and beat briskly With a rotary beater until thoroughly mixed. Continue adding the oil a few drops at a time, beating well after each addition, until about 1\/4 cup of the oil has been used. Beat in remaining oil 2 tablespoon at a time. Beat in additional vinegar or lemon Juice if mixture becomes too thick.
