{"id":2279,"date":"2020-06-01T18:45:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-01T18:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=2279"},"modified":"2020-06-01T18:45:00","modified_gmt":"2020-06-01T18:45:00","slug":"abalone-5w429-xnn95-xt5yz-r6b2h-2wt9d-cddht-5pcmh-tzj25-7hcxc-ehh73-y9y59-h689g-4tkcn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=2279","title":{"rendered":"Carrot Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sqs-html-content\" data-sqsp-text-block-content>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 cup sugar <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp. cloves<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 cup salad oil <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/4 tsp. ginger<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1-1\/2 cups flour <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/4 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 tsp. baking powder <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 cup grated carrots (1-1\/2 large)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp. soda <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 eggs<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 tsp. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 cup chopped nuts<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 tsp. nutmeg<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mix sugar and oil. Blend. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add carrots. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add nuts and mix well. Bake in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Cover with aluminum foil for first 20 minutes of baking.
