{"id":3724,"date":"2021-03-01T01:21:04","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T01:21:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=3724"},"modified":"2021-03-01T01:21:04","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T01:21:04","slug":"d32wywn7x3depjc-bb3gp-lf8d4-rpdl9-m3d7g-9t9tp-3k5ea-9z6df","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=3724","title":{"rendered":"Sour Cream Coffee Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sqs-html-content\" data-sqsp-text-block-content>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 cup butter<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3\/4 cup sugar<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 egg<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 cup sour cream<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 cup flour<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp baking soda<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/4 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>FILLING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">2 Tbsp brown sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/2 cup chopped nuts<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/2 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<ol data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Cream butter and sugar until very light and fluffy (high speed on mixer).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Beat in egg (high speed on mixer).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Fold into the mixture the sour cream and vanilla (low speed just till blended).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Sift together in another bowl the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Fold into the mixture until blended (low speed, very gently, just till moistened).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">In another bowl, combine the Filling (brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon) ingredients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Fill paper cups 1\/2 full with batter;
