(4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding &amp; pie filling<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">4 eggs<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/4 c. oil<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3 c. grated carrots<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 tsp. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, carrots, pineapple, nuts, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl.  Blend, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes, or mix until all ingredients are well blended.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Pour into greased and floured 10\u201d fluted tube pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from side of pan.  <strong>Do not over bake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Cool in pan for 15 minutes.  Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.  Sprinkle with confectioner\u2019s sugar, if desired.
