No icing is necessary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Sift:<br \/>1-1\/2 cups flour (regular)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Resift with:<br \/>1 cup sugar<br \/>1 tsp. soda<br \/>pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Add to dry ingredients:<br \/>2 well beaten eggs<br \/>4 tbsp. melted butter<br \/>1 can (large #2-1\/2) of well drained fruit cocktail<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Spread batter in oblong (2 x 8 x 12) pan<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Sprinkle the top with mixture of:<br \/>1\/2 cup brown sugar<br \/>1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bake in moderate oven at 325 F for about 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Cool in pan.
