Cover seaweed with water, soak for five minutes.<br \/>2. Wash and remove the tough portions.<br \/>3. Cut into four-inch pieces.<br \/>4. Wash and drain the dried shrimps.<br \/>5. Heal oil, and add seaweed, shrimp, garlic, ginger, shoyu and salt.<br \/>6. Simmer for three minutes.<br \/>7. Add the water and allow to boil for thirty minutes.<br \/>8.
