Prepare beans as in recipe for Portuguese vegetable soup.<br \/>2. Precook ham bock or linguisa before adding other ingredients.<br \/>3. Add onion, potatoes and pumpkin to ham hock or linguisa and its liquid.<br \/>4. Simmer until done.<br \/>5. Add chopped paraley and tomato sauce.<br \/>6. Salt to taste.<br \/>7.
