At first, it is shiny and the texture is like marshmallow fluff. As it sets, it turns matte and develops a thin shell that holds all of the swirls in place. (Not sure if that\u2019s what\u2019s supposed to happen \ud83d\ude02\u2014but that\u2019s what mine did and I like it!)
