Cut in shortening until size of peas.  Toss in cheese, lightly mix.  Stir in water and mix until a ball is formed.  Roll out for a two crust pie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Filling:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">2 cup diced ripe papaya<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1 cup sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1 tsp. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/2 tsp. nutmeg<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">2 T. tapioca<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">2 T. butter<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mix ingredients in order given, except butter.  Pour into bottom crust, dot butter over, lay top crust over and cut slits.
