Grease pan and fry egg mixture into thin sheets.  Makes 5 to 6 sheets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1 <em>tofu<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1 can crab meat<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/3 cup slivered carrots<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/3 cup peas<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">4 tablespoons cornstarch<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/4 teaspoon gourmet powder<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">2 tablespoons sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">1 egg<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">Drain <em>tofu<\/em> and mash fine.  Add all above ingredients except cornstarch and mix well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">Place mixture on egg sheets, make rolls like jelly rolls and tie with dampened <em>kampyo<\/em>, about an inch apart.  Better results are obtained by leaving these rolls in the refrigerator overnight.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:40px;white-space:pre-wrap;\" class=\"\">Cut between tied sections, dredge with cornstarch and fry in deep fat.
