(8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Combine onion and celery.  Squeeze water out of crab sticks cut into thirds and shred.  Combine the crab with onion and celery.  Mix in mayonnaise, cheese and pepper.  Microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
