{"id":6328,"date":"2021-08-15T20:33:05","date_gmt":"2021-08-15T20:33:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=6328"},"modified":"2021-08-15T20:33:05","modified_gmt":"2021-08-15T20:33:05","slug":"m26xkm59hhkpa6l-endjn-7x3er-44nhh-3e3dk-mwhpd-4dr8r-pxbdf-raflz-8j24y-y3s33-c84pe-fwydj-46ycj-fydms-5ph9t-ydbcw-3fe93-3zzlb-w94j2-dwxt4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=6328","title":{"rendered":"Connie Chun\u2019s Famous Hunky Bunch Mango Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sqs-html-content\" data-sqsp-text-block-content>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">My recipe has been my favorite because it represents me, my development from a registered nurse to a lawyer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">If everything else failed, I baked Mango Bread, and<em> it never failed.<\/em>  I could be a failure at any place else, but I am a complete success with my Mango Bread. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">It reinforces my self esteem and tells me I am extra good or a success at something &#8211; baking Mango Bread.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 c. flour<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 t. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 t. baking soda<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1-1\/2 c. sugar<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 t. salt<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">2 c. mango, diced<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 c. grated coconut<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3\/4 c. salad oil<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3 eggs, lightly beaten<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1\/2 c. raisins<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, sugar, and salt together.  After mixing thoroughly, add remaining ingredients and stir well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Lightly butter four loaf pans, 2-1\/2 x 5 inches (or two larger loaf pans).
