Cut stem end about 1 or 1-1\/4&#8243; and put salt and rub so you can get the bitterness off and wash it. Slice your cucumbers thin and sprinkle 2 tbsp. salt and leave for 1 hour or more. Squeeze the soaked cucumbers with a clean cheese cloth. Mix rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and add the cucumber.
