Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Mix beef with salt and pepper and water.  Mash blue or American cheese and blend with Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and mustard.  Divide seasoned meat into four parts; make two thin patties from each.  In the center of four patties put 1-1\/2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.  Top with remaining patties and pinch edges together well.
