Add water, parsley, green onions, and chung choi.  Bring to a vigorous boil.  Wash rice and drizzle sesame oil over rice.  This helps to separate rice grains during cooking.  Add rice to broth and bring to a vigorous boil again.  Add salt and simmer on medium heat for 1 hour.  Stir soup occasionally to prevent soup from sticking to the pot.
