{"id":753,"date":"2021-02-01T02:15:23","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T02:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=753"},"modified":"2021-02-01T02:15:23","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T02:15:23","slug":"6b2py6x7r2j4y2g","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.kaukauchronicles.org\/?p=753","title":{"rendered":"Patty\u2019s So Easy Taco Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sqs-html-content\" data-sqsp-text-block-content>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 lb. ground beef<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1-1\/4 oz. taco seasoning, divided<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">8 oz. sour cream<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 c. mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">16 oz. refried beans<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">40 oz. mild cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 large tomato, diced<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">3-1\/2 oz. medium pitted ripe olives, sliced into O\u2019s<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">1 stalk green onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">guacamole (optional)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Brown the ground beef.  Drain off excess oil.  Add 1\/2 pkg. taco seasoning to ground beef and set aside.  Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and remaining 1\/2 pkg. taco seasoning.  Layer in pan:  refried beans, ground beef, sour cream mixture, cheese, diced tomatoes, olives and green onions.  Top with optional layer of guacamole.
