Chinese parsley, minced<br \/>1 rib celery, diced<br \/>1 green bell pepper, diced<br \/>1 med. onion, diced<br \/>2 cans kidney beans, drained<br \/>1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce<br \/>1 pkg. Lawry&#8217;s chili seasoning (or your favorite brand)<br \/>Ground black pepper, to taste<br \/>Salt, to taste<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">In a large saucepot, add the oil or spray with Pam. Brown the hamburger. Drain off the excess oil. Add bay leaf, garlic, oregano, Chinese parsley, celery, bell pepper and onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.
