Chinese Peas or beans<br \/>1\/4 cup water<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Soak shrimps in warm water 15 minutes. Clean and prepare shrimps. Measure flour into bowl, add eggs, then add salt, pepper, cream and a little water. Add ham to batter, mix, then add green onions, celery, green peas, carrots and shrimps. Drop by tbsp. in deep oil and fry till brown on both sides.
