Cut tofu in half inch cube and drain in colander. Stir fry garlic in 2 tsp. oil for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add carrots, sliced very fine. Add gravy of:<br \/>1 tsp. cornstarch<br \/>1 tsp. shoyu<br \/>1 tsp. salt<br \/>1\/2 tsp. sugar<br \/>1\/4 cup water<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Bring gravy to a boil. Add tofu and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add onions and ajinomoto.
