Tofu Fudge Cookies

1 cup butter1/4 cup powdered1 tbsp. water1/4 tsp. salt2 cups flour2 tsp. vanilla Cream butter, add sifted powdered sugar until fluffy, add water, add flour and mix well. Add vanilla. Form into the form of a sausage and flatten with fingers. Bake in oven 350 F. until browned.Roll in granulated sugar.
