PASSIONFRUIT COCKTAIL
Use canned juice of passion fruit and add lemon juice to taste. Dilute one half with carbonated water.

GRAPEFRUIT AND MINT COCKTAIL
To one pint grapefruit juice add several sprigs bruised mint leaves and 3 tablespoon sugar. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving add one cup carbonated water or ginger ale.
