Cheese Fondue




3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. water 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto 1 uzumaki (kamabuko, grated) 6 med. shrimps, chopped fine 1/4 lb. ground pork 2 stalks green onions, chopped fine Mix together; form into balls and deep fry.
3/4 lb. ground pork 1 sm. bamboo shoots chopped fine or boiled won bok 1 green onion, chopped fine 1 egg 1 tbsp. shoyu 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. oyster sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. wun ton wrappers Fill the wrappers with the pork mixture. Steam for 20 minutes.
