Cheese Olive Cubes




1 can (6 or 7 oz.) scallops (boiled in salt) drain and shred 2 tbsp. chopped onion (add more or less according to taste) 1 small carton creamed cottage cheese 2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise Mix together in bowl. Serve with any cracker or chips.
1 pkg. won ton pi 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/4 c. green onion, sliced thin 1/2 of an egg, beaten salt and pepper 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard Combine all ingredients except the won ton pi. Place a teaspoonful of mixture in the center of the won ton squares. Wet the edges and seal the filling in….
3/4 lb. ground pork 1 sm. bamboo shoots chopped fine or boiled won bok 1 green onion, chopped fine 1 egg 1 tbsp. shoyu 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. oyster sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. wun ton wrappers Fill the wrappers with the pork mixture. Steam for 20 minutes.
