Shrimp Roll




1 can (6 or 7 oz.) scallops (boiled in salt) drain and shred 2 tbsp. chopped onion (add more or less according to taste) 1 small carton creamed cottage cheese 2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise Mix together in bowl. Serve with any cracker or chips.
4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed; enough catchup to bind mixture. 3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed; 6 sweet pickles, minced; 1 tablespoon peanut butter; prepared mustard; pickle juice to moisten. 4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed; chopped watercress; mayonnaise to moisten.
