Baked Fish Fillets with Mushroom Sauce




4-5 lbs. pork butt, cut into 2-inch strips1/4 c. Hawaiian salt1-1/2 c. raw sugar1 tsp. five spices2 tsp. red coloring 1. Combine raw sugar, five spices and red coloring and rub into pork.2. Marinate 12-24 hours turning over once.3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, turn over once.
