2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 1-1/2 c. milk 3 eggs, separated Sift and mix dry ingredients and add melted butter. Add milk gradually alternately with beaten egg yolks. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites to first mixture.
