Chocolate Frosting
1-1/2 sq. chocolate
4-1/2 to 5 tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Mix dry ingredients. Add hot water and chocolate gradually while stirring. Cook until thick stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool before frosting the cake.
