Turkey Stuffing
2 cans sausages, chopped
4 cups celery, chopped
1-1/2 cups onion, chopped
Bread
Salt, pepper, ajinomoto and poultry seasoning
Fry gizzard and liver, onion, celery. Mix in sausages and bread and stuff the fowl.

1 lb ground beef1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 onion, chopped1/4 C green bell pepper1 can kidney beans (15 oz.), undrained2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)1 T chili powder1 t salt1/2 t sugar Saute hamburger, garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add the balance of the ingredients and simmer uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally.
