Onolicious Corn Relish
22 oz. can corn 1 c. onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 Japanese cucumber, seeded and chopped 1 c. Thai sweet chili sauce 1/2 c. jicama (chop suey yam) Juice of lime Cilantro (optional) Red chili peppers (optional) Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated. Serve with tortilla scoop chips.

8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing 28 oz. crushed tomatoes 4-1/2 oz. chopped olives 1 Maui onion 1 large tomato 1/2 Bell pepper 2 or 3 Jalapeno peppers 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Cilantro to taste Chop onion, tomato, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers. Combine everything in one bowl. Chill overnight.
