Mustard Sauce
1-1/4 tbsp. butter 1-1/4 tbsp. flour 1 cup milk 2 tbsp. prepared mustard Melt butter and add flour and blend well. Add milk gradually. Cook until thickened. Add salt and mustard.

Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce
Combine 1 cup sour cream, 3 tbsp. horseradish, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley.

Spicy Bar-B-Cue Sauce
Combine 1 cup chili sauce, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon minced onion and 1/2 tsp. horseradish and simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
