Easy Kaki Mochi




1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper Dash of hot pepper sauce Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 1 cup.
2 cups milk 1 cup poi 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup red wine, if desired Ground nutmeg Put milk, poi, sugar, and ice cream into blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in wine. Sprinkle Wilh nutmeg before serving. Makes 1 quart.
