2 cups milk 1 cup poi 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup red wine, if desired Ground nutmeg Put milk, poi, sugar, and ice cream into blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in wine. Sprinkle Wilh nutmeg before serving. Makes 1 quart.
