1 22 oz. can yam 2 10 oz. pkg. mochiko 1-1/4 cup sugar 1 cup water plus syrup from yam Mash yam in bowl. Add other ingredients. Form patties. Fry in 1/4 inch of oil; brown both sides of patty.
