Quantity French Dressing




Dissolve 1 pkge. lime Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Cool slightly then stir in 1 cup evaporated milk. Chill until as thick as unbeaten egg whites. 1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup water1 cup grated carrotGrated rind and Juice of 1 lemon Boil the sugar and water together to make a syrup. Cool. Grate carrot and lemon rind, squeeze lemon juice, and combine the three. Add syrup to the carrot-lemon mixture. Chill. Serve on either fruit or vegetable salad.
