Roquefort Cheese Dressing




2 packages orange gelatin 1 cup boiling water 2 cans mandarin orange slices 1/4 cup canned juice 1 pint orange sherbet Dissolve gelatin with boiling water, stir in juice. Cool. With electric mixer stir in sherbet quickly. Add drained orange slices. Mold. Serves 6.
