Crust




Okay, what a delicious biscuit! The biscuits are savory and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Seriously yum. The biscuits didn’t rise as high as other biscuits I’ve made, but I think it was my technique. I have a new go-to biscuit recipe now!
LIVER 1 cup liverwurst, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 1 cup chopped broiled liver, 4 slices chopped broiled bacon, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard, 2 tablespoons catchup, 1/3 teaspoon salt, dash cayenne, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. CHICKEN 3/4 cup minced cooked chicken, 1/3 cup crushed pineapple, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise….
1 cup enriched flour1/3 cup shortening3/4 tsp. salt2 to 3 tbsp. cold water or cold milk
