Negi No Maki Niku (Mini Beef Rolls)




1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 can (6 oz.) seasoned clams (ajitsuke kogai), undrained 2 tsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Serve with chips or vegetables.
