Scalloped Eggplant




2 eggs 1 cup raisins 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 block butter Chopped walnuts Beat eggs and brown sugar together. Add raisins, melted butter, vanilla, and chopped walnuts. Pour into unbaked tart shells. Bake at 375 F until crust is done.
