Basic Pork Adobo




2 cans spam1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup pineapple juice12 whole cloves Stick cloves in spam. Mix sugar and juice and pour over spam. Simmer for 20 minutes or bake in a casserole dish at 325 degrees F. 30 minutes. 6 Servings.
1 pr. pig’s feet3 tbsp. oil2 tbsp. shoyu1/2 cup sugar1 cup vinegar1 pc. ginger1/2 cup water Heat pan very hot. Add oil, salt and pig’s feet. Brown well. Add shoyu, sugar, vinegar. ginger and water. Simmer for 3/4 hour or until tender.
