Cold Chicken with Ginger Sauce

1 Tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tsp. green pepper flakes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. celery seeds 1/4 tsp. chili powder Combine all ingredients. Place in plastic sandwich bags and seal tight. Makes 1 package.
