Seasoned Bread Crumbs for Coating

2 c. fine bread crumbs

1/2 c. flour

4 tsp. salt

4 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Keep in a covered container until ready to use.
