Homemade Yogurt




1 cup sugar2-1/2 tbsp. flourGrated rind 2 lemons1/4 cup lemon juice1 egg, slightly beaten1 tsp. butter Mix sugar and flour, add lemon rind and juice, and egg. Melt butter in pan, add mixture, and cook until boiling point is reached. Stir constantly so that mixture will not stick to pan. Cool.
4 c coconut juice 3/4 c coconut juice 2 c flour Grate 4 or 5 coconuts. Strain. Measure and if not enough odd water to make 4-3/4, cups juice. Boil juice (4 cups). Mix 3/4 cup juice with flour to make a soft dough. When juice is at boiling point, drop dough by teaspoon into…
