Ice Cake

3 sticks kanten2-3/4 cups sugar4-1/2 cups water coloring Break kanten in small pieces and wash. Squeeze water, add your measured water and boll in sauce pan. Boil for about 30 minutes, add sugar and coloring and boil 10 minutes. Pour in to 8 x 8 pan and let it cool.
