Bobotie or Fruity Nutty Meat Loaf




1/2 cup catsup2 tbsp. brown sugar2 tbsp. cider vinegar1 tbsp. WorcestershJre sauce1 tbsp. shoyu2 tsp. prepared mustard Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over meat balls. Cover pan and cook until meat balls are done (about 1/2 hour).
1 lb. ground beef1 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper2/3 cup milk3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked)2 tbsp. fat Combine all ingredients except fat and mix well. Shape into 12 balls. Brown meat balls in bot fat in skillet. While meat browns, prepare barbecue sauce.
