1/2 lb. salted salmon 5 tomatoes, diced 1 cup chopped green onions 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 cup crushed ice Soak salmon in water for 3 hours; rinse. Combine sauce: 1/4 c. oyster sauce 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sesame oil 1 can tuna, drained Tomatoes Sliced green onion Arrange tofu on plate; layer with tuna, tomato, onion. Pour sauce over all. Heat oil until hot; pour over all (sizzles). Serve immediately. Sprinkle toasted sesame seed, if desired.
