1/2 firm tofu (20 oz.) drained 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions Salt and white pepper to taste Place tofu in a clean dishtowel and squeeze out water from the tofu.
