Boil 1 pkg. chuuka soba in boiling water until soft but not overcooked. Drain and rinse with cold tap water. Spread noodle in cake pan and let it try for 2 hours. Bring 2 – 3 Tbsp. peanut oil to smoking point and let it cool. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt….
