Seafood Snack




Time: 20 minutes Bake: 350° 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup flour 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Salt and cayenne pepper to taste 1 cup rice crispies Combine all ingredients, adding rice crispies last. 3 cloves garlic 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/8 tsp. salt Press garlic through garlic press. Stir in vinegar and salt. Makes 1/4 cup.
3/4 lb. ground pork 1 sm. bamboo shoots chopped fine or boiled won bok 1 green onion, chopped fine 1 egg 1 tbsp. shoyu 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. oyster sauce 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 pkg. wun ton wrappers Fill the wrappers with the pork mixture. Steam for 20 minutes.
8 oz. fish cake a few chopped water chestnuts 2 small cans deviled meat chopped green onions Do not add seasoning. Mix all ingredients, stuff won ton wrappers, and deep fry. Serve hot.
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream 2 Tbsp. Lipton’s onion soup mix 2 tsp. curry powder 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2-3 drops Worcestershire sauce Galic salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Chill.
